Privacy notice
This says what happens to the details you leave with us. It is written to be read, not to be survived. If anything here is unclear, email owners@stayq.co.uk and a person will answer.
Who we are
StayQ Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company number — to be added —), registered office Second Floor, 20 Churchill Place, London E14 5RB. We are the data controller for everything described here. Our registration with the Information Commissioner’s Office is — to be added —.
What we collect, and why

We do not ask for, and do not want, bank details, identity documents or anything about your finances through this website.
Who sees it
- Our own team in London — the person who calls you back
- Telegram, which carries the enquiry to that team (our messaging tool)
- Cloudflare, which hosts the small service that forwards it
- Google and Meta, only if you accept analytics and advertising cookies
We never sell your details, never pass them to other letting agents, and never add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
If you become a client, for as long as we manage the flat and six years afterwards, because tax law requires it. If you do not, we delete the enquiry after twelve months. Analytics data is kept for fourteen months and is not tied to your name.
Cookies
Nothing but strictly necessary storage runs until you choose. The banner offers accept or decline, and declining costs you nothing on this site. If you accept, we set Google Analytics and Meta advertising cookies so we can tell which adverts brought owners to us. You can change your mind at any time from the link at the bottom of every page.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold, correct it, delete it, or object to us using it — including withdrawing consent for cookies. Write to owners@stayq.co.uk and we will answer within thirty days. If we get it wrong you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. We do not make changes quietly.
